THE BUCKLETON BELLY DANCE SCHOOL CORONAVIRUS CONSIDERATIONS

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Buckleton Belly Dance School has had to alter the way in which the classes are run, for the safety of the students, the tutor and their families.


CORONAVIRUS CONSIDERATIONS


The School will NO LONGER BE ABLE TO:-


  • loan out coin belts.
  • Work with props
  • take cash/cheque payment - Any fee will be payable via paypal or by direct transfer
  • allow drop in attendance -PLACES MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE

The School WILL BE:-

  • Capping class numbers to 14 at the Grove Primary School and 12 at Ickleton village hall. Only Students who have pre booked will be able to attend classes.
  • Marking out the dance area to keep students at least 2 metres apart.
  • Take contact details for each participant, to comply with Government guidlines.  If any student contracts coronavirus, the School will need to pass on details to the test and trace team.
  • Ensure that the venue is clean prior to class
  • Ensure that the venue is well ventilated
  • Allow for safe entry and exit of each student to the dance space

To help with this process STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO:-

  • Not attend classes if they have any symptoms of Coronavirus
  • Take their temperature before attending class
  • use hand gel on entering the venues and prior to using the toilet facilites
  • stay within their allocated dance space
  • Bring their own water to drink as there will not be access to kitchen areas.

Please note, to comply with government guidance, classes will be cancelled if coronavirus lockdown is  applied.
